PROCESSING & FINISHING TUBULAR KNIT FABRICS

The bleached and dyed fabrics is processed and finished on special machines where the Knit fabric is taken care for shrink resistance and cured in tension state to give dimensional stability and colour fastness. Relax Dryers, Tube Compacting  etc. are used in the processing and finishing of Tubular Knit fabrics.

PROCESSING & FINISHING OPEN WIDTH KNIT FABRICS

A open width Compacting machine & a Stentering machine is used for Finishing Dyed or Printed fabrics to produce finished knit fabric in open form, with bowing correction & Shrinkage control. Latest technology machines are used for this process like Sperotto Compactor from Italy. We also have Automatic Gumming Slitting Machine to open fabric from tubular form.

ROTARY PRINTING

The Printing division is equipped with 4 nos of latest and wider width, 12 colour Automatic Rotary Screen Printing machine along with facilities for Screen Printing and Etching is installed for all the printing requirements of fabrics. Large repeat screens, suitable for producing full body length garments and engineered prints are also possible to be printed with the help of the latest CAD/CAM system. The company undertakes pigment, reactive, discharge and disperse printing with designs with repeat of 916 mm, 820 mm & 642 mm. The capacity of the Rotary Printing Unit is about 400 Ton per month i.e about 16 Ton per day.

DESIGN STUDIO & QUALITY TESTING

In this age of Fad & Fashion, a successful Processing House needs a well equipped computerized Design Studio. At Komal Texfab, we have a full-fledged Design Studio equipped with the latest computer systems & accessories to churn out designs suitable to the ever changing market trends. Separation of colours and production of outlines for accurate reproduction and etching of Rotary Printing Screens are handled efficiently by skillful computer graphic designers.

Our Internal systems follow stringent quality measures and checks. Our products are tested for various quality parameters in the Quality Testing Laboratory. The Laboratory is fully equipped with the latest testing equipments and device for checking the quality parameters like colour checking, fastness reporting, light fastness, shrinkage reporting, GSM, etc.
