Komal Texfab Pvt. Ltd., manages various brands for it garment unit.

It includes K.T.F Fashion Works, Kombee- Kombination for kids and BlackBalt.

We manufacture garments for the domestic market as well as export markets. It is managed by a team of designers and technocrats.  

OUR PRODUCTS

We basically manufacture garments for women and kids. It includes Kids Wears, Night Wears and Undergarments. We specialize in making Value Added Tops for Women with latest style, printed and ethnic works, Sleep Wears and Undergarments.

To name a few of our buyers in domestic includes Pantaloons, Star Bazaar, Big Bazaar, Fashion Station, etc. and  export brands like Chicos, Junior Lifestyle Dubai, QVC, Adessa, S:aix, Mango, Ritu Kumar, C.J.Banks, Tommy Hil Figer, Gap, Susan Graver etc. We export mainly to Europe, US and Dubai.

    MANUFACTURING UNIT 

We have Modern Mechanized Stitching Departments  with 200 modern Imported sewing machines of Japanese make, inclusive of lock stitch, over-lock and flat-lock, baby-lock types, Buttoning machines, Zig-Zag machine  as well as other required special machineries.

The manufacturing unit is also equipped with modern cutting room with Mechanised Cutting, Automatic Thread Sucking machines, Packet Finishing machines, as well as Vacuum system lroning for finishing of knit garments.

VALUE ADDITION

We have a separate unit for the value addition of the garments like Chest Printing and Embroidery. It is equipped with specialized machineries for Piece Printing which enables the latest chest prints with different effects and concepts. It is facilitated with various Multi head Embroidery machines giving a very good result. 

SAMPLING

We have separate Sampling room for new development of designs and samples with a specialized staff. For Cutting we have  modern cutting equipments with capacity of 5,000 pcs per day .The capacity of sewing units is 1,25,000 pieces per month for Kids wear, Under-garments and Ladies Top for Export orders.

DESIGNING 

The Design Studio is managed by a team of designers and technocrats from well known institutes like NIFT,NID,NIFD, etc. Our designers develop new and most updated designs of garments in trend and also according to the buyers requirements. The latest techniques and designing softwares are used here.
